Making a purchase on the World Wide Web is a process. Whether wading through the mass-produced product possibilities or the growing sea of offerings from Do-It-Yourself crafters, you should feel comfortable with your selection. I encourage your questions, suggestions, requests, returns, exchanges, repairs, or whatever you may need to make your acquisition feel good.

Color Accuracy: Computers display color differently, the color swatch on your screen may vary slightly from the actual color.

Return policy: I want everyone to be happy! If for any reason you're not, please get in touch. If you have any questions, please email me prior to ordering.

Payment: All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal, a safe and secure way to make credit card payments online. You do not need to create a Paypal account to use the Paypal shopping cart service. Reclamation Goods does not have access to any of your financial information, Paypal only provides your email and shipping address. Reclamation Goods will keep this information private and will not share it with anyone.

I also accept personal checks and Money Orders, please allow time for your check to clear.  There is a $27 fee for returned checks. 

Orders are confirmed via email and will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

shipping + handling

All orders will be shipped United States Postal Service.
Upon checkout, a shipping and handling fee will be added to your order. This fee will be calculated based on the price of your order and is as follows:

$4.00 for orders up to $75.00

$6.00 for orders over $75.00

For shipping outside the USA or Canada, please contact me for special arrangements.

Discarded packaging constitutes the largest single category of waste within the garbage stream, orders are always sent in reused packaging materials.
